You've made a big statement! I did not make any statement with regards to where we will Finnish apart from maybe struggling in this league with the players we now have at our disposal!

You...judging from your post seem adamant that we WILL be relegated..... so let's see!

Oyston FC WILL be relegated. You scabs have the owners and team you deserve. Enjoy the away fans out numbering and constantly taking the piss out of you. It must be such fun. Scabby fuckers.

Fact!..... with 2000+ ST holders only Bradford Wigan, Blackburn and Oldham will come close to outnumbering home support. And please remember that the away stand at BR only holds a max of just over 2000 so this would have to be full to come anywhere near home attendees.

How did Carlisle manage to bring 2,700 then? Pretty sure the max will be around 3k, not 2k.

To my knowledge the North stand accomdates approx 2,300 give or take a few.

I was at the Carlisle game and and the North stand was not full....there was still a few hundred seats available which would suggest that Carlisle brought 2,000 max not the 2,700 you have said.... which is my point that only maybe four teams this season would get anywhere near the home support.

It was reported on BBC Cumbra that there were 3,000. Empty seats but they had some in the North West corner so that probably compensates.

Definitely more than 2k there!

The OFFICIAL figures given for that match was as follows;

attendance 5,471 with Carlisle bringing 2752.

Off course you may not believe the club's figures, but a Carlisle fan as well as the local paper thought the figure of 5471 was somewhat over the top suggesting that Carlisle fans outnumbered Blackpool fans as much as 2-1.

Local radio station bigging up their own support...no surprise there!

Judging from pic plenty of seats available in Block A+B and on day I could also see plenty of seats available in C+D then you have the corner which is 1/3 full..... 2,000 max

Since when on this site have we been using official BFC figures on attendance to prove an issue?? You surly can't use these figures when it suits you to do so?

Also why when a local paper refutes official figures does this then mean that home support was outnumbered 2-1? Although I do accept on this particular day day home support was outnumbered.... but not 2-1

Barnsley fans had the South and South West. There were 3,370 Barnsley fans there and around 600 home fans.

Probably not the best example with it being a cup game.

Worth a mention though due to the utter embarrassment! Of course though, no boycott.....

We was of course talking League games and I presumed it was 15/16 season under Muggers when we last played Barnsley at home in a League match and obviously they did not bring anywhere near 4,000 for that particular league game.... however a FA CUP game for any away team coming to Blackpool is seen as a good day out or even a weekend away! People must make sure which fixture/season/League/cup match they are quoting from to save any confusion!
