I can't see a Pool legend like Tricky being in the wrong.

Jesus.

I suppose she poured booze down his neck as well?

I read that.

Joking aside I have no idea what he was trying to say on twitter. What has his skin colour got to do with anything?

Yep, that would cover it.
I suppose Foggy would have a more "youthful" look on things!

Just read this myself. The punishment seems a little harsh to me.

He was sentenced to 150 hours of community service for the public order offence and handed a 20-month driving ban. I bet Koko can use him at Bloomfield morgue to paint stadium and man the ticket office for 150 of those hours.

I honestly think 20 months is soft. Drink driving should be a lot longer.

True. Unfortunately the sentence passed to Sinclair does not reflect what the general public would get.
One of my mates got sentenced to six week custodial after being caught over the limit on seven separate ocassions. He also only got time because he told the judge he would not pay another fine!

One of my 'friends' got 24 months for drink driving so not sure what the difference is here.

Perhaps it can depend on how much over the limit you are. I know someone who just got 18 months ban.

Perhaps if first time was a five year ban then life time for a second time. People might think a bit before getting in the car
