A few threads this could have gone in, I saw it after watching the Karl Oyston no lies clip.

It’s well worth a re watch, especially on 6:28. How to predict the future.

Good question. I presume there would be a writ to seize goods? God knows Biggrin. Just going off Can't Pay, Take it Away.

From Twitter:

If they don't complete the £10m payment today, it's likely the judge will demand a full and immediate payment of the total £31.27m.
All frozen assets could be sequestrated / sold off as quickly as possible. Fire sale territory, with speed of sale more important than obtaining maximum asset value. The sequestrator would also charge the O's for their services.

While understanding what may happen today, what I don't know is how long it is likely to be before what happens becomes public knowledge.

Scrafton just tweeted that he's trying to find the result from the court today, but the info may not be available until Wednesday morning.

I didn't realise they were in court at all, I just thought we were waiting for a spy to tell us no payment had been made.

RE: Court Hearing
I'm not sure they're in court either. I suppose some court official has to confirm and record receipt of the payment or not and put it in the case notes for the judge to review in...oh..let's say .3 or 4 months?
