Why o why did the American democrats go for Hilary over Bernie Sanders, I am sure it would have ben a much different outcome, if Bernie an independent senator for so many years ran as an independent instead of going for the democrat nomination, that too might have ended differently.
If Trump goes the distance, (four years) America may only have two allies left in the world, Russia and North Korea, tariffs and trade wars will hurt just about everybody and solve absolutely nothing, while NATO could well be just a shadow of it's former self.
Whatever your politics the world needs a stable America, working alongside other nations, not antagonising and threatening, it is a great country and it's people deserve better.
I hope Bernie Sanders runs in two years time and removes the current clown as President.

He does seem intent in achieving worldwide notoriety

Bernie Sanders is not the answer to Trump. Too 'socialist' which is not a term most Americans will vote for. The best hope to save the country is a large turnout for the midterms this November that changes the balance of power in congress so we can put the brakes on these insane policies until the democrats come up with a figure with an ounce of charisma and media chops to go up against Trump in 2020. They are not remotely close to finding a strong candidate.

The economy is better, unemployment is down, illegal border crossings are down...whoever they pick has got to convince Americans that these things are not as important as removing a traitorous pig from the white house.

I'm sure you miss most of the minor Trump news items because you've got your own batshit crazy stuff going on.

This one from Thursday's meeting with business leaders .....

Trump is now walking down a line of executives, all telling him how great he is as his adult daughter walks behind him, clapping for each statement.

You would be surprised GSP, following Trump's entry into the white house the BBC ran a programme on their 24hour news at 7pm each night for one hour with A correspondent in Washington and one in London following just about every move the President made.
The programme was then extended to 100 days and when it's time was up it was then rebranded to it's present form as BEYOND ONE HUNDRED DAYS.
Just about everything he tweets and says comes under scrutiny, so it is possible to get an insight into what is going on in the White house and on the hill.
Interesting point the other night when he said that he was the toughest President when it came to Russia and I thought how he would have reacted when the Cuban missile crisis came about and how he would have responded unlike JFK I imagine.

I though we have been here before with Clinton when he was elected President with the Troopergate affair and the abuse of power when holding such a high office.
JFK was no saint either but with Trump surely there are many more important issues to worry about than talk of him paying of some bird.

But surely if he,s prepared to pay off some "bird" he is likely to pay others off, and more than likely to get up to shenanigans with others regarding business.

This should be a bit different. He paid for the woman's abortion. The Republican platform is strongly pro-life and one of the few legitimate 'victories' Trump has delivered so far is a new Supreme Court Justice with the same views. He also has the next pick pending. Some idiot donor stepped forward a couple of months ago and claimed it was his affair and his kid that got aborted, everyone knew it was a cover up. Yes it's true, the same people who refuse to debate school shootings are pro-life. Of course, once they are out the womb they can put them in cages or give them access to guns.
