Just replace it with something else.

Cocaine, for instance, has none of the harmful qualities of alcohol, in fact it makes you invincible.

RE: Dry January
Well, after 13 days without a drink I feel no better. Not lost weight, sleep still rubbish & no extra energy.

Got home from work this afternoon and Mrs C said she wanted a glass of wine and was going to sack off dry January. Who was I to argue with the boss.

Currently enjoying a lovely South African white.

Cheers Cheers

13 whole days? No wonder there’s no improvement, should only take a few hours to reverse months/years/decades of unhealthy living.

Thanks for your assessment doctor Steed. I had no idea you were so familiar with me and my lifestyle. I eat healthily, don't smoke and cycle 14 miles to work and back 5 days a week. I enjoy a drink at weekends. I don't really think that can be described as decades of unhealthy living.

Cheers anyway Cheers

Who uses January as a healthy month?
Half the month is spent eating all the stuff left over from Christmas/New Year. I only do this dry January thing is , because I hate January
