Barkley to Chelsea for 15 million. Barkley must be luckiest man alive to get such a move after being out for so long. Could be a good move though for Chelsea but I fear he will be a bench warmer.

Got what he wanted there. More money, less games - but at a bigger club so more likely to start internationally. Chelsea get an English player to meet the European competition squad quota.

One bad, bad rat Ross Barkley. Shafts his boyhood club for £20m so him and his agent can make a few quid. Hope his knee ligaments snap on his debut. Whether they do or don't he'll be at Newcastle in 18 months playing with fucking Jonjo Shelvey. Enjoy 18 month on the bench at Chelsea first though cunt.

I don't understand transfer fees. Barkley, a known footballer has sold for 15 million, yet Van Dyke, an ageing song and dance man sold for 75 million.

Barkley is out of contract in the summer.

Sanchez and Ozil might go for similar prices!

He might have turned Chelsea down in the summer so that he could recover from his injury in Liverpool. Nowt wrong with that!

Virgil just got a goal on his debut in a Merseyside derby...not bad.

Coutinho to Barca done £142m

Glad to see the back of him, he’s an outstanding player.
Last night was an indication of how average they look without him.
Hopefully they’ve already got his replacement in the Ox with the surplus spent on VVD.
A big portion of their fee for Coutinho will be installments and add ons so hopefully it’s a whilst before they see any more money.

Sad news for the Premier League as he is one of best technical players I've ever seen. Worth every penny in my opinion.

Liverpool won't be able to replace that sort of talent.

He isnt even Liverpools best player let alone the Premierships. I could probably name at least 10 better. Typical Barca spending money they don't have.

It's unreal the development Coutinho has made during his time at Liverpool, at Inter he hardly got a look in.
