Agreed. This thread has a direct link in the OP. Swapped them around.

It will never reach 100,000 but certainly worth trying!

Will it even reach the first milestone of 10k?

At the end of the day, it's just Football. We don't take it, or any other sport, seriously in this country rightly or wrongly. Most people don't care enough as a whole to sign a petition because a couple of clubs they don't support are suffering.

It's piss poor .
If even a 3rd of the pool fans at the prem play off signed then the 10000 review would already be in motion.
Fucking scabs .
How many have seen or know about the petition ? I reckon half the attendees at Wembley.
Even me mam has signed and she's in a home with dementia fer fucks sake.

Might be worth those of us on Twitter sending it to The Last Leg as an 'is it ok' question.

Have asked around, down here, and one of the Cardiff City Forum Moderators has said he'd look to include a story on Blackpool FC on there.

They're a club who've also had bad owners over the years, so should hopefully be sympathetic - even if we are their 'bogey' team.

Had quite a number of signatures from LUFC's marching on together forum, which I posted to today.

We need awareness on ALL football fans forums in order to get the message across and garner engagement and support from fellow football fans.

Now at 7,820 signatures

Good stuff
We need more of this
Gam Jam is working on something
Hit the first 10k and then refocus
We need the other clubs to engage

One of the Mods at Marching On together (LUFC fans forum) has also created a blog as well to publicise the petition.

Some really good support from a club with a massive fan base - and good banter as well Thumbsup2

Also had loads of sigs from Hull fans too - tremendous effort on their part

Just posted the following on AVFTT;

I think it would be useful to have another thread containing links to where the petition has been placed for a couple of reasons;
1. so we don't try to put a petition where one already exists and get accused of spamming
2. so we can see the comments from posters, whether they be positive or negative.

Thoughts?
