BHS is mentioned. Who shall we send?

Will be a heated meeting unless they can bring some positive news to the table.

Send me

So, BSA will attend the meeting "to represent the season ticket holders' viewpoint".

What a shameless collection of fucking slugs.

I don't know if it's their official response, but it's their response according to the Knights.

Why should the scabby fuck faces get an opinion anyway?
BSA are a waste of space as far as I’m concerned and I’d be ashamed to be associated with them. I can’t wait to get back to home game and give them pure shit constantly!
If there is a set of people I’d love to make miserable it’s those that still attend.
Selfish cunts.

RE: EFL invite Blackpool fans
The English Football League (EFL) has revealed more details ahead of tomorrow's meeting with Blackpool supporters. The 7pm meeting has been called to enable Blackpool's supporters' groups to discuss their concerns with the game's governing body. The EFL has stated: "At the outset of the meeting, the EFL will provide an overview of the current approach/position in relation to the relevant matters that will assist and inform a Q&A session with the participants.

“The Gazette will be the only media in attendance and will report on the outcome of the meeting upon its conclusion. “The EFL will issue a statement post the conclusion of the meeting to update on the discussions. "The meeting will be filmed and recorded by the EFL for future reference purposes, not for broadcast.” Groups initially invited to send representatives were: Blackpool Supporters’ Trust, Tangerine Knights, A View From The Tower message board and Back Henry Street message board as well as local MPs.

However, it is understood MPs Gordon Marsden and Paul Maynard will be unable to attend as they have prior commitments in Westminster. Blackpool Supporters' Association and the Muckers Supporters' Group have since received invitations.

RE: EFL invite Blackpool fans
Not much of note, a lot of it is what you would expect in regard to the EFL’s stance on the happenings at BFC. The seem to have a very vague interpretation of their own rules, and there was not really any real reason why the fit and proper test can not be applied retrospectively in Owens case.

A couple of points of note.

1. The EFL accept that there are shortfalls in their governance and will be attempting to bolster their rules to take in to account appropriate behaviour of club owners, and more stringent financial checks.

2. As we already know they are working with Belokon to come to a solution in regard to his current banning, and the providing of evidence to show he is fit and proper, with a view to lifting his suspension, possibly prior to any appeal and they are expecting some or all of this evidence to be provided imminently.

3. They seem to contradict themselves as they say they are not a governing body but apply governance rules, and it comes across that there would be some resistance to hand in over governance to another body.

There’s more to say, but I’m in my phone and I’m sure it will all be in the Gazette tomorrow.
