To be clear, he (whoever he was) was muttering in defence of the Oystons lack of a ban in light of his conviction, so I should have said muttering in defence of the EFLs application of its rules.

If the rules and their application are vague and contradictory, then there’s not much hope of them being useful going forward.

I agree. My point was more aimed at Windridge using the Oyston ruling, or lack of, as a motive for protesting.

RE: EFL invite Blackpool fans
So, we now know the following.

- BSA are indeed fucking cockwombles and should be disbanded and its members banned for life, they're worse than the rapist and his family of cunts
- EFL are fucking useless and don't know their own rules, yet hide behind this concept that they can't apply them retrospectively simply because it's an easy get-out, and there's nothing in their rules stating that
- They have let Val know what he has to do to comply with the ODT - yet they're not a governing body just a competition organiser!
- They won't stand in the way of an owner wishing to ethically invest in one of their clubs, and clearly they won't stand in the way of an owner wishing to illegitimately strip one of its football clubs either

I'm sure it was very interesting for those who attended with the right motives, and those who took the opportunity to be the snivelling, pathetic creatures that we all knew they were anyway, but although we all, deep down, knew the outcome before the meeting, it's still a little disappointing.

Apparently, someone called Fiona, and some other guy that I still don't know.

The guy I don't know is the one who probably would have been better off not bothering.

I met an old guy at the infamous Lancaster preseason game who said he was on the BSA committee, and used to be with BISA also and he was absolutely fucking clueless.

If it's the same guy then we've got no chance of people like that ever seeing sense.
