Probably bullshit but still makes for nice reading.

Someone put this on Facebook and Tangerine Knights replied and said they were told the same but to not post anything yet.

If the efl stand by their decision can VB own the club if he say had no active part in it?

Valeri could gift the club to Kaspars or Normunds.

Therefore, he still has an involvement, albeit in an unofficial capacity.

Whilst not their biggest fan, I would not wish death upon any of The Royals.

If they snuff it then we get President May. No thank you!

If Owen died died doesn't the debt go with him? Wouldn't that just mean more continued Oyson involvement in the club?

I doubt he could get out of it that easily. Stuff will just be handed over to VB.

It depends on what the courts say.

Mr. Justice Marcus Smith has found in favour of Valeri, and so any future purchase of the club has to be with his say so.

I don't think that Sam, George, Natalie, Heidi etc. are really that bothered about the club - they probably have all the right connections in society, and so will find work and opportunities elsewhere. Karl would be happy doing farming/shooting, and life for all them would go on.

Natalie will not be able to fund the club off her own back - she doesn't need the 'gig' of owning the club. it means nothing to her, so pass it on to somebody like Valeri.

It could be an opportune time for them if Owen does pass on - they at least have some of the family money as keeps.

His debt would go to his estate and be exempt of inheritance tax (which is fair enough). If he tried to palm everything off to the kids.before he died it would be called deliberate distrribution of assets and HMRC and the courts would see straight through it.

Or if it suddenly ended up off-shore in the Isle of Man/Guernsey/British Virgin islands etc.

As you rightly say, HMRC and HM Courts need to keep their eyes on this.

His accounts are frozen so may find it difficult to transfer, and we know how bad the Oystons are at transfers.
