Main points from court today
The temporary injunction OO had in place has been extended until a full hearing, because the paperwork the bailiffs were acting on hadn't been amended when the first £10m payment was made. Something of a schoolboy error.

Removal vans were seen at Bloomers prior to the bailiffs' arrival and Clifford Chance wrote a letter to the court to suggest that assets had been moved to prevent enforcement. Artworks and vehicles were mentioned.

The next stab that Judge Marcus Smith has at them will be on Friday when I'd expect the movement of assets to come up.

OO wouldn't give them access to the penthouse apartment and apparently escaped through the back door.

The Oystons claimed that Owen's assets are £140m but they are under a "campaign of pressure"... Biggrin

Also, something about a wooly mammoth.

The judge heard that interest is accruing at £500,000 a day on the debt owed by Mr Oyston.

Who the fuck buys a mammoth? He’s completely fucking bonkers isn’t he? His mechanism has gone.

Don’t forget, every single Oyston would have known about the mammoth. Like it’s in some way normal.
