Oyston v Belokon

I've slightly lost track of it all. Apparently another day in court today for them both.

Is this one about the original case in Manchester where Belokon was awarded approx 1.3 million? I presume this is Oyston appealing that?

Aye - Manchester hearing. Appeal thrown out by HRH Marcus (Praise be his name) Smith.
Costs awarded against Owen £50,000. This means that Owen has to pay roughly £500,000 this month instead of roughly £450,000.
Really cant make this shit up.

Obviously want him out ASAP but there's a certain charm to see him lose court cases over and over.
