Sir Alex Ferguson
Daily record reporting he’s been rushed to hospital. Darren missed his game today due to a “severe family issue”

They’ve now deleted this tweet so fuck knows what’s going on but rumours flying about

I remember just before going in for nasal surgery at Blackpool Vic seeing a plaque on the wall stating that Sir Alex Ferguson had opened that surgical unit. My estimation of him went up tenfold

Hope you pull through, Sir Alex!

He also opened fleetwoods new training ground I believe

Blackpool would probably be lucky to get the chucklebrothers revealing a new sign at our playing field arena

Hope he pulls through!

I met him at Pontefract races last year. He was watching one of his horses run. He said I’ll talk to you all day about racing but please don’t mention football. He looked better than when you see him on tv.

Sir Alex Ferguson has had emergency surgery after suffering a brain haemorrhage.

His former club Manchester United said the procedure had gone "very well but he needs a period of intensive care to optimise his recovery".
