Alright, £1.50, but that's my final bid.

This is looking like a ridiculous offer as it stands - far too generous.

RE: Orders for sales hearing next week
Oyston's shares in Blackpool Football Club (Properties) Limited going up for sale essentially means the ownership of the football club is up for grabs, giving fans hope this will be the final hurdle in removing the Oystons from the club.

However, the court wants to scrutinise those share sales and will have to give its final approval. Today's orders become operative on July 5.
Matt Scrafton....

The judge also awarded costs for today’s hearing and threatened Oyston with a jail sentence should he not pay an interim £60,000 of the total £134,000 within 28 days.

The court heard that Oyston has failed to meet deadlines for paying two previous costs orders: £50,000 in April and £40,000 by the beginning of June.

The judge this time attached a penal notice to his £60,000 pay-up order. If Oyston fails to pay on time he will be in contempt of court and liable to imprisonment, fine or having his assets seized.

Oh this bit has made me laugh. The convicted rapist is going back to prison for contempt.
What a shame koko jumped ship in time to save his sorry arse.

Worth reading..it's very complex, but overall it didn't go well for Owen.

Quote:However, at one point the judge himself mentioned a figure expected by Oyston to be realised by June 29 which would more than meet the debt owed but later ordered it to be redacted from the transcript.

That doesn't sound too good.

I don't think it's big deal.

There's some law about pending finances and transactions being held out of the public court records in case it affects the negotiations before the actual date of deal completion.

I still think Oyston is asking unrealistic numbers and it'll end up being decided for him.

He is that fucking stubborn and stupid he probably still wouldn't take that deal given the chance.

£2

However Pete, as a trusted friend I am prepared to enter a 50/50 partnership with you if we both put up £1.

Partnerships dont work well at Blackpool FC. I can see it, 2 years from now Munkle has siphoned all BFC's cash and pumped it into Wandsworth radio who now have Stuart Hall and Ken Barlow as presenters and now have exclusive rights to commentatate on Blackpool FC games. Due to the fact no one in Wandsworth gives a fuck about Blackpool FC the radio station goes bust losing all the clubs money. Magic is forced to take Munkle to court for being a thieving fucker which Munkle denies and starts suing people who dare say otherwise. The money is there if needed claims Munkle despite the fact Magic went to buy a new golf club the week before and the club bank card was declined due to insufficient funds. Court proceedings begin and the judge awards Magic full control of the club and sends Wandsworth radio to auction in a attempt to recover some money.

Anyway you get my drift, it won't end well.
