The Red Arrows.
For those interested in seeing them and not going along to the Southport air show on Friday, you might just catch a glimpse of them before and after the event.

They are due to arrive at Blackpool from a Northerly direction after leaving Scampton .
Arrival time 1630.

Take off is planned for 1918 hours flying first in a Northerly direction to Burn Naze, Dunsop then circle around to Skelmersdale and finally Southport arriving back at Blackpool at 1953., (that's hours not the year we won the cup)

Another chance to see them will be on the Saturday 1008 hours when they take off for the Yeovilton air show, (Potty take note), flying out to sea then North Wales, then south towards Potty land.

Fun fact about the red arrows.

If you look really closely, they're not actually arrows, they're planes. It's a clever trick.
