Except for me.

And maybe Magic.

Good honest football debate. Something we haven't had in years.

I've already sent him a PM informing him of his possition in the queue. However he reckons that the offer of a reach-around should carry favour and move him up a few places

I'll let the relevant parties know of this development.

Is that similar to a reacharound but with feet?

Just changing the subject to save Seasider from further embarrassment

Further embarrassment for pointing out a mistake? He fucking flapped like he was flipping burgers. Anyone who can't see Pickford got it horribly wrong is off their head. Even Everton fans on Grand Old Team thought he did. Not sure why it's so difficult to admit. Thankfully he more than redeemed himself in the next game which is a sign of a good keeper.

There is quite a significant difference in highlighting a mistake and thinking he's shit. I never said the latter.

The goals and creative thing I can half understand but then do we say Charlie Austin is world class for scoring 18 goals for a poor QPR side or James Milner is for being in the all time top 10 for most PL assists?

He is obviously a good player as Pep wouldn't pick him but I bet you any money that even Pep wouldn't class him as world class until he does on the big stage and not against the likes of WBA and Bournemouth.

So Sterling scores tomorrow and all of a sudden he's world class? Don't you see how silly that is? It's such a small sample size, this is why I originally brought up Messi. Not to say Sterling is in his league, but Messi hasn't scored against anyone good at a World Cup either. But you wouldn't say Messi isn't world class, because we recognise it's down to circumstance

Btw, Sterling produced 5 goals in 5 starts and 3 sub appearances in the Champions League last season

He would have to do it on a consistent basis. It isn't set in stone that you have to do it in the Champions League or World Cup as some players don't even get that opportunity. However, good players stand out and he doesn't except for when he fucks up at that final moment. He has potential like Theo Walcott did but he needs to go up a level and do it in big moments. This is what the top players do. Beckham is an example of that if we are looking at just English players. He would produce something when it mattered.
