NAGM is a personal choice that many have chosen (including me), but nothing should be held against those who go to away games.

Why not? They are condoning the Rapists actions.

Think I've said before, but this issue boils down to money, it's as simple as that. If every single fan made the right decision, to refuse to give Oyston any more of it, then we'd have seen a conclusion by now I reckon.

Going to away games, whilst I can'rt be arsed with it, makes no difference IMO.

To be honest though, I couldn't give a shit who does what now, fuck it.

MS: Gary Bowyer has just told me he won't be saying anything today, more likely to comment later in the week. Sounds like he's looking forward to having a break from things, and who can blame him?

Wonder if Bowyer will tell the truth or use the family card as per the statement. He knows Blackpool fans know so it will be interesting to see what he says.

Looks like he knew at this point he was leaving when he went over the Blackpool fans on his own at full time.

I hope he told them that they're part of the problem

with gary leaving,it feels just like a death in your own family,a real blow to us long suffering supporters, there'll never be another manager like bowyer. as much as I love gtf,i thought it was rather distasteful of him to throw his name into the hat almost instantly after gary resigned,he'd have been better waiting at least a week.
good on ollie and larry for distancing themselves from the poisoned chalice. NAPM.

For me personally, Bowyer didn't have that much of connection with me but that isn't his fault. To say there will never be another manager like Bowyer is a bit overkill and I don't think you can compare it to what Holloway achieved. Even with our troubles, getting out of League Two isn't a monumental achievement. His biggest achievement is probably guiding us to 12th in League One which like you say, shouldn't be under-estimated give the fact he had to build a team from freebies and loans.

It just doesn't feel like a blow and in some ways I am happy because it once again highlights the problems at the club. This has to be top of agenda until the Oyston's leave.

When he saw the poor quality players before him on Saturday he probably thought "I'm off". Each season he's had worse players to work with than the previous season. It's got to the point where he was expected to work with non league quality players in Division 1

He's quit because he wants to spend time with his family? What a load of bullshit

Yeah unless a member of his family has suddenly fallen ill, you don't quit after one game to spend more time with your family.

I think the expenses rumours might have been the final straw but obviously only guessing.

Whatever the real reason, he has gone, remember when Simon G walked out to his beloved Leeds at the end of December and left his assistant Tony Parkes to deal with the fallout of the seven players going back to their clubs a week later.
Wasn't all bad, along came Charlie and the rest is now history, so now we have to look forward with hope in our hearts and good dose of luck.

to clarify,it is a major blow to lose bowyer because ;
1.he worked with a budget that no one else could cope with.
2.whoever comes in now, will not do even half the good job that bowyer did.
3. losing a good manager like bowyer makes the club less attractive to any future potential buyer, with the high probability of us being in the old div 4 next season.

I take your point about ollie,he was outstanding, but remember.he was funded by belokon to get players like Charlie, etc , bowyer wasn't funded in any way from belokon ,put it this way,if bowyer was in ollie's shoes when he got us into the premier,he would have done an equally successful job.
I think it'll take everyone a few weeks to recover from this, bowyer gave everyone the last glimmer of hope, and if he'd stayed, then there was every possibility we would achieve a top six finish, now with him gone,we must be one of the favourites to go down to the old division four.

where do we go from here ? I would love the current owner to sell the club, but he's continuing on his mission to destroy it,we've all emailed the f.a. and f.l. and demonstrated at j.d. 1,2,and 3 and other's and gotten nowhere, does anyone have any fresh idea's ? NAPM

They have gone best part of thirty years experiencing demos and taking flak from the fans, you really would have thought by now they would have had enough but sadly they haven't.
The results from the courts and VB's input will bring about the end, we will just have to be a little more patient.
